VIDEO – Police in U.S.have been under some HEAVY scrutiny lately. A video has emerged, showing an unarmed man being arrested in New Jersey, while officers allow a police dog to bite him.
32 year old Phillip White was arrested when police responded to a report of a disorderly person. They had him on the floor, when they let the K-9 attack him. He was taken to hospital shortly after the video, and was later declared dead.
One police officer is seen telling the person filming that they would confiscate their mobile phone as well, which isn’t legal.
Mr. White’s demise is the second police-involved force incident in Cumberland County within 91 days. The public and Mr. White’s family deserve answers as to how Phillip was killed and why there is a lack of oversight of local police.
